CapitaLand Investment slumps as much as 8.5% after posting H2 net loss


The asset manager’s latest S$142 million net loss marks a reversal from the S$148 million earnings reported a year earlier

[SINGAPORE] Shares of CapitaLand Investment slumped as much as 8.5 per cent on Wednesday (Feb 11) after it reported a net loss of S$142 million for the six months ended Dec 31, 2025.

The counter dropped as much as S$0.27 to S$2.90 at 9.18 am, having closed at S$3.17 on Tuesday.

The asset manager’s latest results marked a reversal from the net profit of S$148 million for the previous corresponding period. Still, its second-half operating profit rose 30 per cent to S$279 million, up from S$214 million in the year-ago period.
