John Lewis’s Largest Fashion Collaboration Is 44 RIXO Pieces in 30 Stores and Online
John Lewis put a 44-piece RIXO collection into 30 fashion stores and online on 22 October 2026, its largest fashion collaboration to date.
John Lewis launched its biggest fashion collaboration to date with the British label RIXO on 22 October 2026. The 44-piece collection is sold in 30 full-line John Lewis fashion stores and on johnlewis.com, according to the retailer’s announcement.
The launch puts one brand’s designs, a print from the retailer’s own archive and its accessories into stores and online on the same day.
What the Collection Contains
The range covers dresses, knitwear, blouses, jackets, skirts, scarves, shoes and bags. The collection is described as vintage-inspired, with pieces meant to be worn repeatedly and styled in different ways, according to Retail Times. Materials and details include velvet, sequins, cashmere, lamé, fur and lace trims, and metallic embroidery.
Hero pieces named by John Lewis include The Vesper, a full-length dress with cap sleeves and a ruffle neckline. The Luanne, a fur-trimmed jacquard jacket, is also featured, along with the Carina lace and archive print dress and the Delphina mini dress.
The floral print is drawn from the John Lewis Partnership Archive and is inspired by a block-printed textile from 1849. It appears on two dresses, a blouse, a skirt and a scarf. John Lewis says it is the first archive print used in a John Lewis fashion collaboration.
Selected mainline RIXO jewellery and footwear from the same campaign will also be sold online from 22 October.
Archive Print Is a First
John Lewis says the collection’s floral print is drawn from the John Lewis Partnership Archive, inspired by a block-printed textile from 1849, and is the first archive print used in a John Lewis fashion collaboration.
Stores, Online Sales and Prices
The collection is sold in 30 full-line John Lewis fashion stores and on johnlewis.com. It is not stocked in the Horsham or Canary Wharf stores, or in the Ipswich, Poole and Chichester home-focused stores.
Customers in the five excluded locations can still buy from johnlewis.com, which is listed as a sales channel alongside the stores. Stores and the website both start selling on 22 October 2026.
Prices start at £65 for a scarf and reach £525 for a lace-trimmed dress, according to the retailer and Retail Times. The release’s product list also gives the Niara shoes at £225, the Delphina dress at £235, the Luanne jacket at £295, the Kova bag at £145 and the Carina dress at £545.
The announcement’s price range tops out at £525 for a lace-trimmed dress, but its product list gives £545 for the Carina dress.
What the Companies Said
Orlagh McCloskey, RIXO co-founder, says the collection should “do the talking”. Retail Times also quotes McCloskey saying it should feel “as strong, if not stronger, than anything you’ve created before”. In the announcement, McCloskey says the brand can’t wait to see women across the UK style the collection in their own way.
Rachel Morgans, fashion director at John Lewis, calls RIXO an iconic British brand that many people admire. Morgans says the partnership draws on John Lewis’s heritage and archive, which is the source of the floral print.
The launch puts one brand’s designs, a print from the retailer’s own archive and its accessories into stores and online on the same day.
Background on the Two Brands
RIXO is a British, female-founded brand started in 2015, according to the announcement. John Lewis was founded in 1864, holds a Royal Warrant, and was named Which? Retailer of the Year in 2025 and 2026.
John Lewis’s media centre lists another launch on 21 October 2026: ANYA LIFE by Anya Hindmarch, launched with an exclusive bauble. The RIXO launch appears in the same listing on 22 October.
The announcement describes the collection as the retailer’s largest fashion collaboration to date, and the archive print as the first of its kind in a John Lewis fashion collaboration. Both claims come from the retailer.
